General information:
Minimum order:
12 sets per color
Minimum shipment: 180 sets
We can deliver up to 8,000 sets per month.
For large quantity, the name of your store can be on the wooden gift boxes at no
cost.

For bulk, minimum order is 100.
Delivery:
All our cutlery and flatware are shipped from Paris, France to your store.
For orders from 180 sets to 300 sets: delivery time is about three weeks.
For orders above 300 sets please allow 4 weeks.
We can deliver up to 8,000 sets per month.
Conditions of sales:
ORDER PLACEMENT
All orders are subject to acceptance by Redwood LLC. Please submit all
orders by e-mail, fax or letter in writing to Laguiole America, division of
Redwood LLC. Your order should include a business name, contact person with
phone number, billing and shipping address, purchase order number if applicable
and your method of payment.
TERMS:
Net 30 terms are available upon approval. Redwood LLC accepts Check, Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Pay Pal. We do not ship COD, but will accept
pre-payment. Contact us for payment.
PRICING:
Wholesale catalog is available on request.

SHIPPING:
All orders are FOB our Paris, France office and ship freight prepaid (
unless specified as collect by customer prior to shipment). The customer is
responsible for all shipping charges.
WARRANTY:
Our products are warranted against defects in material or workmanship under the
intended use and recommended care of the products.
RETURNS:
Unauthorized returns are not accepted. The customer must notify our offices
within 7 business days of receipt regarding a return request. Returns must be
with the original packaging and in original conditions for exchange or credit.
All returns, outside of damage claims, are subject to a 20% restocking fee and
all associated freight and insurance charges. Used merchandise cannot be
returned.
